Tropical Sunset Martini
Ingredients:
• 2 oz. Coconut Rum
• 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz. Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz. Grenadine Syrup
• Ice
• Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish
Instructions:
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Pour coconut rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice into the shaker.
3. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
5. Slowly pour grenadine syrup into the glass. It will sink and gradually rise to mix with the other ingredients, creating a sunset effect.
6. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
