Crockpot Christmas Cashew Candy Bark (The Easy Way)
Holiday baking should feel cozy… not chaotic. And after one batch of Crockpot Christmas Cashew Candy, we learned something important:
👉 Turning it into bark on a sheet pan is dramatically easier than scooping individual candies.
Same ingredients. Same rich, chocolatey payoff.
Way less effort.
This version is now our go-to holiday candy recipe, especially when we’re making big batches for gifting, parties, or “just one more piece” snacking.
Why We Ditched the Scoops
The classic method calls for dropping spoonfuls or using cookie scoops to form individual candies. It works — but it’s messy, time-consuming, and honestly… unnecessary.
Spreading the mixture onto a sheet pan:
-
Cuts prep time in half
-
Eliminates sticky scoops and uneven portions
-
Creates beautiful, rustic bark that’s easy to break and share
Once we tried it, we never went back.
