The Perfect Pre–New Year Party Snack. The days before New Year’s Eve are a vibe all their own. Christmas decorations are still up. Schedules are loose. Snacks somehow replace meals. That’s where these Easy Baked Brie Crescent Bites come in.

They’re warm, gooey, slightly fancy, and wildly simple — perfect for:

  • Pre-New Year get-togethers

  • Casual game nights

  • “We’re not cooking dinner, but we’re definitely snacking” evenings

  • Ringing in the New Year early because… why not?

Minimal effort. Maximum cozy payoff.

🧀 Ingredients (Only 4!)

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1 small wheel of brie cheese

  • 2–3 tablespoons fruit jam (raspberry, cranberry, or apricot work great)

  • Optional toppings: chopped pecans, walnuts, or a drizzle of honey

🔥 How to Make Them

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half.

  3. Press dough into the muffin cups, forming little dough cups.

  4. Cut brie into small cubes (rind on is fine!) and place one cube in each cup.

  5. Top with jam — about ½ teaspoon per bite.

  6. Bake 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

  7. Cool slightly, then finish with nuts or honey if desired.

That’s it. Seriously.
