Based on Andy Weir’s bestselling novel (The Martian), this isn’t your typical sci-fi blockbuster. It blends humor, suspense, heart, mystery, and breathtaking visuals into a story that’s both entertaining and surprisingly emotional.
Ryan Gosling delivers one of his strongest performances, bringing warmth, intelligence, and humor to Ryland Grace, a reluctant hero who finds himself carrying the weight of humanity on his shoulders.
And then…
There’s Rocky.
Without spoiling anything, Rocky quickly becomes one of the most lovable and memorable movie characters we’ve seen in years.
